By sending an enquiry, signing a letter of engagement, or paying a deposit, you accept these terms. If a signed letter conflicts with this page, the letter prevails for that engagement only.
Who we are
Contenttrailcore provides visual briefing work from 25 Main Rd, Ford, SY5 0ZU, United Kingdom. Contact: hello@contenttrailcore.click and 07043641216.
The work
We prepare figures, captions, and walkthroughs from extracts you supply. We do not operate your collectors, take administrator access, or provide around-the-clock monitoring. Deliverables are described in the letter of engagement.
Your extracts
You warrant that you may send us the files you send, that personal data has been reduced to what the briefing needs, and that classification rules at your organisation have been followed. We may refuse files that appear to contain unnecessary personal data or credentials.
Fees and payment
Fees are as quoted in the letter, excluding VAT where VAT applies. Deposits are due on signature where the letter says so. Remaining invoices are due within 14 days. Late sums may accrue interest at the statutory rate for commercial debts in England and Wales.
Intellectual property
Until fees for an engagement are paid in full, we retain copyright in the figures we draw. On full payment, you receive a licence to reproduce the pack inside your organisation, including board papers and internal after-action reviews. You may not resell the figures or present them as your staff’s original drawing without our written consent. Your extracts remain yours.
Confidentiality
We keep extracts and draft packs confidential and use them only to perform the engagement, except where the law requires disclosure. We do not use your incident names in public examples without written permission.
Liability
The pack is a picture of records you supplied. It is not a guarantee that detections were complete, that an incident is closed, or that a regulator will accept a particular narrative. Our liability for any claim arising from an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement, except for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be limited under the law of England and Wales.
Cancellation
Cancellation, rescheduling, and refunds are described on the refund page and in the letter of engagement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that we may seek injunctive relief in any court to protect confidential extracts.
