Eligibility
A refund is considered when you cancel an engagement in writing before the relevant cutoff below, or when we are unable to perform the work described in the letter through our own fault. A change of mind after draft figures have been issued is not, by itself, a ground for a full refund.
Timeframes
Write to hello@contenttrailcore.click. We acknowledge refund requests within two working days and aim to complete an agreed refund within 14 days of the decision.
Deposits
The 30 percent deposit on briefings and reconstructions holds the window in the diary. If you cancel more than ten working days before the agreed kickoff, the deposit is returned in full. If you cancel ten working days or fewer before kickoff, the deposit is kept against time already set aside, unless we refill the slot and choose to return it.
Work already started
Once extracts have been opened and draft figures begun, fees reflect time spent. You remain liable for work completed up to the cancellation date, invoiced at the day equivalent implied by the letter. Unused walkthrough time is not billed if the walkthrough has not occurred.
Partial refunds
If a scoped view is dropped by agreement after kickoff, we may reduce the remaining invoice. We do not refund for a quarter that proved quieter than expected; quiet is still a picture we were asked to draw.
Clinics
On-site clinic days cancelled more than ten working days ahead are refunded in full if prepaid, minus rail or lodging already bought at your request. Cancellation inside ten working days: 50 percent of the day fee is due, plus irrecoverable travel. No-shows on the clinic morning are charged in full.
Rescheduling
One reschedule of a walkthrough or clinic is allowed without fee if you give five working days’ notice. Later changes may be charged as a half day if the original slot cannot be reused.
Materials
Printed boards ordered for a clinic are non-refundable once sent to the printer. Digital files already issued are not “returned” as a condition of refund; you must not keep using unpaid figures if the licence has not arisen under the terms.
Method of refund
Refunds go to the account that paid, by bank transfer. We do not refund in cash at the studio.
