What we collect
From the enquiry form: name, email, chosen briefing, optional kickoff week, and the message you write. From email or telephone: whatever you choose to send. During an engagement we may receive names that remain in ticket extracts you supply; we ask you to reduce those names first.
Why we hold it
We use enquiry data to reply and to prepare a letter of engagement (legitimate interests and, where you ask us to quote, steps toward a contract). We use client files to perform the contract. We keep invoices because UK tax law requires it.
Retention
Unsuccessful enquiries are deleted after 12 months. Engagement files, including extracts you asked us to keep for a repeat quarter, are kept for 24 months after the last walkthrough unless you ask us to return or destroy them sooner and no legal hold applies. Invoices are kept for six years.
Your rights
You may ask for a copy of your personal data, correction, erasure, restriction, or objection to processing based on legitimate interests, and you may complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office. To exercise rights, write to hello@contenttrailcore.click.
International transfers
We work from the United Kingdom. If a processor outside the UK is used (for example an email host), we will rely on a UK-recognised transfer mechanism such as the current UK addendum to the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses, or on an adequacy regulation.
