Fees follow the window, not a monthly seat
Prices below are starting points excluding VAT. A letter of engagement states the figure once we have seen whether the extracts cover the hours you want drawn.
| Work | Starting fee | What moves the number |
|---|---|---|
| Incident trend briefing (first quarter) | £4,800 | Number of sites, extra views beyond the kickoff list, on-site walkthrough |
| Repeat quarter, same chart set | £3,200 | New collectors, a changed severity scheme, extra revision rounds |
| Single-incident reconstruction | £2,400 | Incidents spanning more than five calendar days, conflicting clock sources |
| Board pack charting (one cycle) | £1,800 | Rush shorter than ten working days, attendance at the committee |
| On-site charting clinic | £1,650 per day | Travel from Ford, a second day if the extract is scattered |
How an estimate is built
We read the enquiry and say whether the files you have are enough. If they are not, we will say so before a fee is due. If they are, the letter names the window, the views, the revision rule, and the walkthrough date. Deposits are 30 percent on signature for briefings and reconstructions; clinics are invoiced after the day unless travel must be booked in advance.
What we do not sell
There is no monthly drawing subscription, no per-user fee, and no discount for “annual billing.” If you want four committee cycles in one year, we quote four cycles in one letter. If a quarter is incomplete, we still charge for the work of showing that it is incomplete; we do not reduce the fee to match the missing hours.
