Board pack charting is narrower than a quarterly briefing. The reader has minutes, not an afternoon. We choose a handful of figures that match the agenda: how many incidents sat in each severity band, which ones were still open at period end, and whether a material event belongs in the narrative. Captions are written for directors who do not run detections for a living.
If your last pack used a house style, send it. We match weights and margins so the security pages do not look like a different document. What we will not do is compress a messy quarter into a single traffic-light that implies the logging was complete when it was not.

Limits we will not blur
We will not produce a green-amber-red dashboard that hides a logging outage. If the quarter is incomplete, the figure says incomplete.
Fees
From £1,800 excluding VAT per cycle. A standing arrangement for four cycles in a year is quoted as a single letter of engagement.
